Austrian food is a mix of different cultures as Hungary, Check Republic, Germany, and Jewish. Also, they received influences of Italian food, so they have some ingredients and forms of cook. For instance, the Goulash is one of the most typical dishes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

      Here we have another typical food. This type of food is well known as cakes or strudels and they are always served with coffee.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

      Spanish food, such us Austrian food, has a lot of influences because in this country lived a lot of different cultures such us Roman, Muslims, Visigothic, French... Furthermore, the food depends on the weather, the beaches, and the landscapes so Spain has a variety of ingredients, dishes and different skills.

 

       There are different types of “Spanish food” distributed of all the country. In the south we can talk about Mediterranean food like pipirrana, gazpacho, and the most important ingredient is olive oil. In the centre, the most typical food is cheese, cereals, gazpacho, tortilla de patatas... In Valencia is very popular Paella, although is a traditional food of Spain and in the north is very well known the vegetable soup. But this is only a few examples, because each autonomous community has traditional dishes. The drinks more usually are wine and cider.
